USE AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATAWe inform you that the personal data that may be provided through this website, as well as those that may be provided in the future within the framework of your legal relationship with this entity, will be incorporated into our database.

Digital reception service, in the case of personalized reception, please arrange in advance. 2. Telephone assistance service. 3. Provision of bed linen and towels. 4. Weekly change of bath and bed linen. (ask for conditions and prices) 5. Weekly cleaning service. (ask for conditions and prices) 6. Provision of a fully equipped kitchen. 7. Provision of a mini-blender, toaster, De'Longhi espresso machine and complimentary ground coffee, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer (except in Toledo Imperial), microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, iron, ironing board. 8. Provision of a cot and highchair upon request at no cost. 9. Television in the living room and all bedrooms (Smart TV) 10. Hot and cold air conditioning. 11. English: Wifi service.12. Cleaning kit available: hand-held vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket.13. Kitchen supplies available: dishwashing soap, rubbish bags, cloth, scouring pad and kitchen paper.14. Bathroom supplies available: gel, shampoo, hand soap bar, sewing kit and toilet paper.15. Hair dryer available.16. Bluetooth speakers in the bathrooms17. Filtered water in all apartments (this way you avoid buying bottled water)CONDITIONS AND USE OF THE ACCOMMODATION1.- The client is responsible for correctly declaring the number of people who will occupy the apartment.2.- The client and their companions must behave in a civil manner and respect the general rules of coexistence. Any activity, such as loud music, noise or parties, will be reason for the apartment to be immediately vacated without refunding the amount paid for the stay. 3.- The client is obliged to take care of the furnished apartment, and any damage or loss that may occur therein will be his/her responsibility. 4.- Casón de los López Apartments is not responsible for the clients' personal belongings. 5.- Modifications to the reservation will be made based on availability at the time. 6.- The cancellation period without charge will be fifteen days prior to arrival. After this period, the full price of the stay will be charged. 7.- In the event of voluntarily interrupting the stay, there will be no right to claim any amount. 8.- The cancellation policy may change on holidays, long weekends or special dates. 9.- Minors under 18 years of age must stay accompanied by their parents, guardians or adults duly authorized by them. The hotel staff may require relevant documentation identifying adults as their parents/guardians or authorised persons. ARRIVALS AND EXITS 1.- On the day of arrival, access codes to the building and the reserved apartment will be provided by text message. 2.- Once check-in has taken place, full payment will be made. 3.- Check-in time will be from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival, although earlier check-in is possible if the apartment is available before that time. 4.- The apartment must be vacated before 11:00 am on the day of departure. 5. All occupants must present an identity document (Organic Law 4/2015, of 30 March, on the Protection of Citizen Security). PROHIBITIONS 1. Accommodating a greater number of people than corresponds to the maximum capacity established. 2. 1. Bring explosive or flammable materials or substances or any other substances that may cause damage or inconvenience to other occupants or the property. 2. Carry out any activity that violates the usual rules of coexistence or the normal operating regime. 3. Organize parties. 4. Accommodation of animals is prohibited. 5. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments. 6. Entire building rental subject to availability. 7. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building except in the designated smoking area (viewing point terrace). 8. Any celebration or event within the building (viewing point terrace) is strictly prohibited. 9. Entry to the apartments by more people than indicated in the reservation is strictly prohibited. 10. Trash must be left as it was found. Take out the trash at the end of your stay. 11. Any towels stained with makeup will be deducted from the card number indicated when making the reservation or from the deposit made. 12. If something is broken or damaged by any accident, please let us know so we can replace it and ensure that the next guests are not left without it. If the damage is major, we will charge the amount to your credit card.14. Keep the apartment clean: we would like, as far as possible, to leave the apartment as clean as you found it when you arrived when you finished your stay. Leave the kitchen utensils clean and throw the rubbish in the nearest container.15. Any problem with the keys will be the responsibility of the client to pay for.16. The common areas and the light well are exclusively for passage, you cannot leave objects, baby strollers, bicycles, etc. PARKING Casón de los López Apartments in collaboration with the public parking (Índigo Corralillo de San Miguel), has a 25% daily discount agreement for all our guests. ACCESSIBILITY OR SPECIAL NEEDS Due to its type and age, this building is not accessible for people with reduced mobility. PROBLEM RESOLUTION Complaint forms are available to our guests.
